Overview
The Yishengda portable battery pack detector is developed to solve the problem of shortened battery pack cycle life caused by the expansion of the consistency deviation of individual cell voltages after lithium batteries are connected in series. The product adopts a high-precision AD chip design and uses a "series charging and filling" method to accurately recharge the lagging cells, ensuring that each string of cells is fully charged and maintaining consistency in the power difference between the individual cells in the group, thereby eliminating the short board effect of the battery pack and restoring the overall capacity of the battery pack to near the factory level. It has the advantages of strong portability, comprehensive functions, and accurate detection results, and is a capable assistant for battery production, operation, maintenance, and recycling practitioners.
