For PACK factories in production, the biggest headache is often not orders, but equipment investment.

    For small-batch, multi-specification orders, each channel operates independently. Two-wheelers and small energy storage packs of different voltages and capacities can simultaneously conduct aging, cycling, capacity, and DCR internal resistance tests, with channels interfering without interference, fully utilizing equipment channel resources to improve prototyping and small-batch production efficiency.

  • Scenario 2:

    High-power energy storage and high-current module orders do not require brand-new high-power cabinets; multiple channels can be directly connected in parallel to output high current, meeting the needs of high-power PACK charging and discharge aging and rate cycle testing. Existing equipment can be directly upgraded in power, allowing old equipment to continue its value without needing to replace the entire machine, reducing the large cost of repeated equipment purchases.
